The Food Of Hell From Indonesia

1. Identification

Famous as one of the best tropical countries, Indonesia provides tons of uniqueness and excitement. Its nature, culture, and art always bring millions of tourist each year. However, this time we are going to talk about one thing, Indonesia’s cuisine, in particular Sambal.

Description

Sambal or sambel is infamous among tourist as the food of hell for its undeniable ability to make the consumer produces tears and sweat when eating. Produced using chili as its main ingredient, sambal is indeed taste extremely spicy.

Sambal is made by grinding ‘cabai’ or chili, along with several complements such as onion, bell pepper,  tomato, ‘terasi’, sugar, and salt. The ingredients are grinded using traditional tool made usually from wood. The texture is smooth with a vibrant color of green and red, depending on which chili you use.

Infamous among tourists for its spiciness, many tourists avoid it. However, some of them are challenged and try to eat it. Those who dare to try usually will get stomach ache or turn very red and sweaty in the face. Though super spicy, locals eat it in almost daily basis as their main meal.

2. wrong information about sambal :

1. sambal is not made by bell pepper maybe there is in another country

2.  not all sambal made by onion but usually made with garlic and shallot

3.  not everyone who it sambal get teary and sweaty when eating because some people                               have high tolerant

4. not everyone who it sambal get stomach ache or turn very red and sweaty in the face                          because some people have high tolerant 

5. maybe not all using from wood because some are made of stone the name is mortar and                        pestle 

6. not locals to  not eat everyday

today I will tell you who is Dewi sartika

Was the leading figure and pioneer for the education for women in Indonesia. She founded the first school for women in DutchEast Indies. She was formally acknowledged as a National Hero by the Indonesian government in 1966.Her name Dewi Sartika is known as the street that was the place of her school.^[1] She was awarded the Order of Orange-Nassau at the 35th anniversary of Sekolah Kaoetamaan Isteri as a tribute to her service in education.^[4][7] On 1 December 1966, she received Heroine of the National Movement title.^[6][7]

Dewi Sartika was born to Sundanese noble parents, R. Rangga Somanegaraand R. A. Raja permits in Cicalengka, on 4 December 1884.^[1][2] As a child, after school, she often pretended to be a teacher while playing with her friends.^[1][3] After her father died, she lived with her uncle. She received an education of Sundanese culture while under his care, while her knowledge of Western culture was passed on to her from the wife of a resident assistant.^[4] In 1899, she moved to Bandung.^[3]

On 16 January 1904, she founded a school named Sekolah Isteriat Bandung Regency's Pendopo which later was relocated to Jalan Ciguriangandtheschoolnamechangedto Sekolah KaoetamaanIsteri (WifeEminencySchool) in 1910.^[5][6] In 1912, there were nine Sekolah KaoetamaanIsteri in cities or regencies in West Java (half of the cities and regencies), and in 1920 all of cities and regencies had one school.^[4] In September 1929, this school changed its name to Sekolah Raden Dewi.^[4]

She died on 11 September 1947 at Cinema, Tasikmalaya while she was evacuating from Bandung due to independence war.

In 1906, shemarried Raden Kanduruhan Agah Suriawinata, a teacherat Sekolah Karang Pamulang.^[4]

Sulawesi bear cuscus (Ailorops Ursinus) is a member of the genus Ailurops. Bear Cuscus is a marsupial animal and from the Phalangeridae family.Bear Cuscus is an arboreal marsupial that lives in the canopy of the tropical rainforest. [Need a reference] Almost unknown to its ecological status and circumstances. Although scientists classify this population into one species, namely, A. ursinus, or melanotis, but basically the Bear Cuscus is a species. This genus is different, although the authorities include in the subfamily, Ailuropinae. The Bear Cuscus is found only on several islands of Indonesia, which are part of Asia, most of which are not found in Asia. . A hypothesis states that the isolation that caused Bear Cuscus was found on Sulawesi Island occurring at the time of the Miocene causing differences from the Phalangeridae family.

The cuscus is known to range in size from only 15 cm to over 60 cm, though the average-sized cuscus tends to be about 45 cm (18 inches). Cuscus also has long, sharp claws that help the cuscus as it moves around the trees. The cuscus has thick fur and a variety of colors like brown, black and white. In addition, cuscus has a long and strong tail (prehensile) which serves as a means to hold on as it moves from one branch to another. The cuscus tail is also a defense weapon by hooking its tail firmly on the trunk or branch of a tree.

Cuscus spent his life almost exclusively in the trees. Cuscus was in the trees during the day, falling asleep in the dense foliage and waking up at night to begin moving through the trees for food. Cuscus is an omnivorous animal but the main food of cuscus is insects, leaves and fruits occasionally cuscus feed on birds and small reptiles

Cuscus is estimated to breed throughout the year. The female cuscus bore between 2 and 4 cuscus children after a period of gestation lasting only a few weeks. Like all other marsupialia, female cuscus has a pouch in its stomach where a newborn kuscus creeps in and holds until they are bigger and can start eating themselves. Usually only one of the cuscus babies will survive and get out of the bag after 6 or 7 months.

They had triplet sons and one daughter, the beautiful Princess Merida. All four children were mischievous!. Queen Elinor tried to teach Merida how to behave like a perfect princess. But Merida liked to slip away from the palace to practice with her bow and arrow. She was a skilled archer.
Complication	One night, the queen announced that three clans were coming to visit. Each would present a suitor to compete for Merida's hand in marriage. Merida was horrified. "I won't go through with it!" she shouted.To Merida's dismay, the suitors arrived as planned. Merida sat waiting on her throne for the archery contest to begin. She knew she could handle a bow and arrow far better than the suitors could!. Once the suitors had taken their shots, Merida marched onto the field. The queen yelled for her to stop, but Merida didn't listen. She fired her arrows and hit each target dead center. She had won! Now she wouldn't have to marry anyone!. Queen Elinor was furious at Merida for ruining the contest. She warned that things needed to be set right. "Marriage is what YOU want!" Merida shouted. Then she slashed the tapestry that depicted her family and ran away.
Resolution	They had eaten the spell cake and turned into bear cubs! Merida sewed as they all raced to save their mother. When Merida arrived, she wrapped the mended tapestry over her mother. "I want you back, Mum," Merida cried. "I love you." King Fergus was shocked to realize the bear was his beloved wife. Merida felt a hand brush her hair. The spell had been broken! Elinor was human once again. The triplets were no longer bears. The queen smiled at Merida. From then on, Merida could be a princess AND be herself.

     At first, nothing happened. But then, Elinor began to feel sick.Merida helped Elinor into bed.  Worried her mother was in danger, Merida sneaked her out of the castle. Merida and Elinor-Bear first went to the Witch's cottage and only found a message: "Fate be changed, look inside, mend the bond torn by pride." Merida would need time to figure out its meaning, but for now, she needed to teach her mother to fish!. Merida realized that to mend the bond and break the spell, she must repair the tapestry she had torn. After sneaking into the castle, Merida and her mother were discovered by King Fergus. The king drew his sword. "It's not what you think!" Merida cried. The king wouldn't listen. He slashed at the bear, who struck back, knocking him to the ground.
      
         The noise drew the visiting lords and their sons. Terrified, Elinor-Bear raced from the castle. Merida grabbed a needle and thread and the tapestry then jumped on her horse. She took her little brothers, too. They had eaten the spell cake and turned into bear cubs! Merida sewed as they all raced to save their mother. When Merida arrived, she wrapped the mended tapestry over her mother. "I want you back, Mum," Merida cried. "I love you." King Fergus was shocked to realize the bear was his beloved wife. Merida felt a hand brush her hair. The spell had been broken!
